Pine Cove’s website is a big project and it is definitely a team effort involving a talented group of developers, designers, and content creators. Until recently my full time day job was at Pine Cove where I held the position of Webmaster. I now serve Pine Cove as a consultant, advising and working on website improvements. We recently redesigned the website. During this project I focused on planning, content strategy, information architecture, search engine optimization, building the front end UI framework and pattern library with HTML, CSS, and Javascript, building out pages and application screens, and building a highly customized WordPress CMS to manage the site.
